As an Environmental Management Specialist, you will play a key role in managing contaminated sites, from investigation to remediation phase, and providing expert guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Oversee the management of contaminated sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership: Provide line management, coaching, mentoring, and skills development to team members, promoting inclusive behaviors and a culture of excellence.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Proposal Development: Prepare high-quality proposals, reports, and presentations to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Travel and Collaboration: Travel to project sites and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects.
