About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Developer to join our team at Ubiminds. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our financial analytical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development
- Write efficient, understandable code based on requirements.
- Collaborate with other developers, testers, product owners, and teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Optimize and create end-to-end processes to improve system performance.
- Suggest new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance system efficiency.
- Test and deploy programs and applications to ensure stability and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Backend experience.
- Proficiency in applying Clean code principles.
- Deep understanding of C#.
- Strong expertise in architecture patterns.
- Extensive experience with unit testing (bonus for synthetic and E2E testing).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience using debugging tools.
- Ability to help other developers grow and learn new technologies.
- Diplomatic temperament; share opinions with the team and be open to alternative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with external vendors.
- Frontend/React experience.
- AWS Step Function experience.
