Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Ecommerce Business Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for long-term growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage our ecommerce business from scratch, focusing on sales of equipment needed for sellers to manage their warehouse operations.
  • Set-up and manage our own ecommerce store as well as marketplaces accounts at top brazilian marketplaces.
  • Sign contracts with relevant producers/distributors and manage shipments/stock of our own products sent from Poland.
  • Manage stock and shipments from our warehouse in Curitiba, including sending packages on your own.
  • Leverage our multichannel management platforms to run best-in-class ecommerce operations.
  • Work with our marketing team to drive traffic to our store through paid media and promotions among our sellers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience with running ecommerce businesses.
  • Good knowledge/experience with at least one ecommerce platform (Loja Integrada, Nuvmeshop, VTEX, Shopify, Irroba, Baggy etc.).
  • Good knowledge/experience with selling at marketplaces.
  • Drive and can-do-it attitude to become a top seller in our category within 1-2 years.
  • Ownership and entrepreneurship mindset, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Team-player with excellent communication skills.

Salary Estimate:

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
