Description of Responsibilities and Expectations:

As a highly qualified educator, you will be responsible for preparing, executing and guiding the execution of the teaching plan as per curricula and institutional principles and values.

You will teach classes from the Bilingual/International curriculum, planning, using and assessing content-related activities, taking part in pedagogic meetings, holding meetings with parents/tutors, developing projects as per planning and responding to the area advisor and the pedagogic management of the institution.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students from the Bilingual/International curriculum.
• Plan, implement and assess content-related activities that promote student learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in pedagogic meetings to ensure effective communication and shared understanding of educational goals.
• Hold regular meetings with parents/tutors to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
• Develop and implement projects that align with the institution's mission and values, promoting student growth and achievement.
• Respond promptly and effectively to feedback and guidance from the area advisor and pedagogic management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A complete Licentiate course or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week.
• Teaching experience in the segment.
• Written and oral fluency in English language.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• A post-graduate course in the area of expertise is highly desirable.
• Experience in Hybrid Teaching would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English language - B2 level minimum; International certificates in the English language or English language teaching methodology are also desirable.
