Our team is seeking a Finance Associate to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the Finance department.

This includes recording, reporting, and analysis of financial data to create valuable insights for Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compiling and analyzing account information to inform business decisions.
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc management information reports and spreadsheets, summarizing key financial metrics.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry into accounting and financial systems.
  • Maintaining records and documenting financial processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by stakeholders.
  • Analyzing trends, revenue, costs, and financial commitments to predict future outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency while minimizing risk and cost.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • One (1) or more years of experience in finance or a related field.
  • Professional certification desired.
Desirable Skills and Abilities:
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, cash flow, and accounting principles.
  • Capacity to analyze, interpret, and report financial data accurately and efficiently.
  • Technical proficiency with financial and accounting systems and strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to communicate basic insights from data analysis.
