**Job Description:**

  • As a Supply Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for supply planning activities, from the analysis of installed bases to stock control and monitoring import orders to availability in stock.

 

This position is part of a Service organization located in Barueri/SP and will be hybrid. At this company, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be part of the Service Team and report to the Eduardo Coelho responsible for Service organization in Brazil.

 

About the Role:

  1. You will have the opportunity to do all parts planning (supply planning), considering purchasing needs based on inventory strategy according to installed base.
  2. You will be responsible for MRP, evaluating necessary safety stock for products considering variables like lead time, modal, etc.
  3. You will follow up entire management of orders placed in USA and Netherlands through requests via purchase requisition.
  4. You will align with the service team, following evolution of installed base of equipment and aging, assessing which parts would be needed that should be kept in stock and which parts would be needed in Car Stock.
  5. You will control safety stocks that must be kept in distribution center, Car Stock and any other location, considering installed base, aging, and possible parts necessary for maintenance.
  6. You will analyze rotation of Car Stock parts, with minimum and maximum adjustment according to evolution of base served by field technician, ensuring availability of necessary parts, and movement of parts without rotation to be available in other stocks.
  7. You will be responsible for monitoring consumption of parts in each geographic region, identifying outliers, and promoting action plan to correct deviations.
  8. You will be responsible for management of Excess and Obsolescence (E&O), making quarterly projection, and drawing up action and execution plan to minimize impacts on P&L.
  9. You will provide all necessary information for S&OP process to operations team.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduated in Production Engineering or Administration
  • Training: Advanced Office (procv, pivot table, etc.)
  • Accumulated Experience: + 5 years
