Job Title:

A Payroll Specialist is sought after to manage payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain employee data confidentiality and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage payroll operations for Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, US and Canada.
  • Provide expertise in Brazilian payroll regulations and processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
  • Ensure efficient handling of statutory compliance, taxation, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
  • Experience with Oracle, CloudPay, ADP, or similar payroll platforms is advantageous.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in payroll processing and management, specifically in Brazilian payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
  • Familiarity with US and Canada payroll systems and exposure to North American payroll regulations is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
