Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our organization as a Senior Marketing Analyst. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth and delivering business objectives by implementing brand strategies that align with our vision.

You will work closely with global and regional teams to support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy, and positioning, as well as excellent analytical skills and a creative mindset.

You will also be responsible for providing recommendations for integrated commercial plans and inputting into the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives, and monitoring performance.

  • Execute brand strategies for designated brands
  • Develop product and packaging initiatives
  • Implement pricing strategies
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans

In addition, you will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy, and positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic brands
  • Build robust performance analyses (sell-in, sell-out, Nielsen, market share) and translate insights into action plans
  • Contribute analytical vision and growth proposals for the gum category in IBP cycles
  • Develop support materials for commercial meetings, activation meetings, and business presentations
  • Support the execution of campaigns
  • Maintain constant interface with Trade Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, and external agencies
  • Lead innovation projects and seek new growth routes for the category with a holistic view of the business

The successful candidate will have a degree in Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.

  • Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills from design to completion
  • English intermediate/advanced
