The role of a Senior Financial Integration Consultant is to help us achieve this vision by working closely with clients to ensure their successful deployments of our integration products, tools, and services.

This consultant will have a deep understanding of service-oriented architecture design principals, common ERP Financial integration design patterns, phased implementation methodologies, and various integration technologies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of demonstrated integration or technical experience in Financials ERP related domains and be able to consult as an advisory or architect on customer implementations.

About the Role
  • The Senior Financial Integration Consultant works on strategic and complex projects in Financials, collaborating closely with client project teams to ensure successful deployments.
  • The consultant will help architect, design, and manage integration deliverables associated with multiple implementation projects.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years demonstrated integration or technical experience in Financials ERP related domains (General Ledger, Banking, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Accounts Receivable).
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in architecture, Design and Build integration solutions using any of these technical tools: Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, XSLT, PeopleSoft's PeopleCode, SAP's ABAP, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, SQL, Other Financial ERP technology, Other Middleware technology.
  • Minimum 4+ years with the ability to consult as an Advisory or Architect on customer implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge managing small teams of Integration Consultants on multiple projects simultaneously and mentor/coach the teams on Integration best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience – preferable in Finance or Accounting.
  • Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client's timelines are met.
  • Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies.
  • Contribute to the customers' experience with Workday's integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of their implementation projects.
  • Engage where appropriate in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects.
  • Proactively shares knowledge and experience with teammates on financial integration related topics.
  • Provides consultative support to more junior level consultants on projects.
  • Surfaces implementation and process related challenges to leadership suggestions for improvements.
