We are looking for a skilled German-speaking content moderator to join our team.

The role involves reviewing user-generated content, participating in ongoing training and collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent quality and support.

Key responsibilities include evaluating flagged content, enforcing compliance with internal policies and providing insights and feedback to help optimize content rules and user experience.

To be successful, you will need to be native or fluent in German (C2) with strong communication skills, as well as fluent in English (minimum B2 level).

Previous experience in content moderation, customer care or digital business is highly desirable, as is being detail-oriented and able to make quick, informed decisions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms is also essential.
