Job Title: Data Insights Professional

As a detail-oriented and proactive professional, you will play a crucial role in helping us drive business decisions with data-driven insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns that inform our global operations;
  • Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and localization metrics;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis and visualization;
  • Help document and optimize workflows to ensure clarity and scalability across global operations;
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, or related field);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, vlookups, data cleaning), Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Power BI skills, and other basic data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau);
  • Experience with SQL: Ability to write queries to extract and manipulate data;
  • Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing techniques;
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language commonly used in data analysis, Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn) and R (tidyverse, ggplot2);
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) is a plus;
  • Comfort using collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Teams;
  • Fluent in English and strong organizational and communication skills;
