Job Summary:
Sbm Offshore is seeking a highly skilled HSSE Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the prevention and mitigation of risks to our personnel, assets, the environment, and our company reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Provide training and development programs for employees to enhance their knowledge and skills in HSSE.
- Monitor and control deluge system tests and optimize emergency equipment management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on HSSE.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ANP and Brazil Regulatory Norms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
