Job Title: Project Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transit ITS projects from conception to completion. This dynamic leader will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, driving project teams towards successful outcomes while adhering to strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Communication: Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, meeting project requirements and expectations.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as primary customer liaison, keeping them informed of project progress.
  • Issue Tracking: Oversee project activities, including issue tracking, risk mitigation, and facilitating team meetings.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Monitoring: Maintain open communication with customers and their stakeholders.
  • Project Team Assembly: Assemble and lead project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Guidance and Oversight: Provide guidance and oversight to project staff, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Deliverable Coordination: Coordinate project deliverables, software, and hardware reviews, reporting on project performance.
  • Tech Compliance: Work closely with Systems Engineering and Product/Engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
  • Schedule Development: Develop project schedules and milestones according to established company practices and templates.
  • Financial and Schedule Performance: Monitor financial and schedule performance, communicating changes as necessary.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Ensure the full lifecycle of projects is completed, managing all aspects from start to finish.
