Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Quality Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, with experience in coordinating and overseeing work at field sites.
You will be responsible for planning jobs, including instructions to crews and equipment used. You will also coordinate and direct the activities of service operators, oversee equipment cleanup, repair, and preparation for the next job.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on equipment following established procedures.
- Work closely with customers and site teams to coordinate activities at customer job sites.
- Provide detailed records of all activities at customer sites to supervisors and maintain good team relations.
- Execute responsibilities safely by adhering to all applicable processes and procedures.
- Carry out other duties as required within the scope of work.
- Conduct troubleshooting on equipment under maintenance or installation in the field.
- Adhere to company core values, including HSE, Quality, and Compliance.
- Have experience in quality control within the industry.
- Hold engineering or technical training in mechanics, mechatronics, or electromechanics.
- Possess CREA or CFT certifications.
- Be able to work effectively under pressure with clear thinking and decisiveness.
- Be capable of frequent worldwide travel, including on-shore and off-shore sites.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Be a leader with excellent listening, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Be able to work effectively with customers at all levels.
- Have advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn specialized software.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
