We are seeking an ambitious and driven Life & Pension Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients, providing personalized advice on Retirement Planning, Investments, Life Insurance, Serious Illness Cover, and Income Protection.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and grow relationships with valued existing clients, becoming their trusted adviser.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews to provide tailored advice on retirement planning, investments, life insurance, serious illness cover, and income protection.
  • Expand the client base through referrals, lead generation, and networking in your local community.
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets while prioritizing client needs.
  • Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and aligns with our high ethical values.

Requirements:

  • QFA and RPA qualifications.
  • CFP qualification advantageous.
  • Technical knowledge of all financial products, particularly pensions and life assurance.
  • Proven sales experience within the life and pensions industry, preferably in a broker environment.
  • Full driver's license and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining solid client relationships.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
