At the forefront of data engineering, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
About the RoleWe're on the hunt for a seasoned, autonomous expert who can drive innovation and shape the future of data architecture. As the go-to specialist for modern data platforms, you'll be responsible for designing and building scalable pipelines using Azure Data Factory and optimizing performance with Delta/Parquet, Spark, and partitioning.
- Develop high-performing data architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric (Synapse, OneLake, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge data solutions.
- Ensure data governance and security through Purview, RBAC, ACLs, and related frameworks.
Our ideal candidate boasts 15+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture at the principal level. They should have a deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystems, including Fabric, Synapse, and OneLake, as well as hands-on expertise in:
- Azure Data Factory (2+ years)
- Delta/Parquet optimization, Spark (5+ years)
- Dimensional modeling/star schema (5+ years)
- Data governance/security (3+ years)
- CI/CD pipelines for data (2+ years)
