Order Processing Coordinator

The primary function of this role is to oversee the entire order processing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate completion. This includes receipt of orders, acknowledgement to customers, approval processes, securing customer approval, and finally releasing orders to the warehouse.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to maintain accurate status updates for pending orders.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex issues related to order processing.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with other Customer Service Representatives to standardize processes and ensure efficient operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating weekly reports on local revenue and backorders to support sales teams in their decision-making.
OthersYou will also be involved in maintaining internal files related to the Customer Service area, creating and monitoring occurrence/complaint records, and compiling monthly reports on customer complaints to identify areas for improvement. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating purchase orders in the system for suppliers.
