Key Role: Content Creation Manager

Our organization is seeking an exceptional video production manager to lead the creation of engaging YouTube content for our clients.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the entire video production workflow, ensuring seamless execution from raw footage to final publishing.
  • Coordinate resources effectively across editing, thumbnail, and publishing teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel performance and publishing schedules for multiple clients.
  • Track and analyze team capacity and production efficiency to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine production SOPs and best practices, driving continuous improvement in video quality and productivity.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in video production management, preferably in YouTube content creation.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube best practices and optimization strategies, including knowledge of analytics tools and metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage creative teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on timeline management and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and optimization, with a keen eye for data-driven insights.
