Salesforce Customer Success Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Customer Success Expert to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to make a real impact on our customers' success. As a Salesforce Customer Success Expert, you will work closely with our largest and most complex customers to understand their business needs and goals, providing tailored solutions and support to ensure they achieve maximum value from our platform.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders within our customers' organizations, including IT and business executive leadership.
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies, aligning with our customers' business objectives and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management, to drive customer success and revenue growth.
- Provide proactive guidance and support to customers on Salesforce feature adoption, best practices, and technical implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex technical issues and resolving high-severity cases in a timely manner.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
5+ years of relevant industry experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform use or project leadership, Technology Consulting, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization.A deep understanding of software development processes and design methodologies, with experience leading cross-functional teams.A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.Bonus Points
If you have experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem, hold Salesforce product certifications, or possess knowledge of Salesforce products and features, we'd love to hear about it
