We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Microsoft Teams Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform your career and make a meaningful impact in the IT services industry.

As a Senior Microsoft Teams Specialist, you will play a critical role in administering and optimizing Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs. You will be responsible for automating processes, recommending engineering improvements, monitoring alerts, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations, as well as proficiency in PowerShell / MS Graph. Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation is also essential. Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement is required.
