Customer Success at Infobip
We're shaping global communications of the future at Infobip, and we're looking for a talented Customer Success Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimize risks and identify opportunities for growth.
- Respond to requests from Self-Service customers.
- Contribute to improvements around Self-Service (process/customers) with the help of experienced colleagues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
- Analyze data from SS customers and prepare leads for the Sales department.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Hybrid work model (days at the office).
- Proactive and willing to learn and grow in this position.
