Customer Success at Infobip

We're shaping global communications of the future at Infobip, and we're looking for a talented Customer Success Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimize risks and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Respond to requests from Self-Service customers.
  • Contribute to improvements around Self-Service (process/customers) with the help of experienced colleagues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data from SS customers and prepare leads for the Sales department.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Hybrid work model (days at the office).
  • Proactive and willing to learn and grow in this position.
