We are seeking an expert in HRIS systems to drive optimization and support the overall platform.
- Provides technical assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users to ensure seamless system performance.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR teams to identify system enhancements and improvements.
- Manages user permissions, access, personalization, and other system settings for optimal functionality.
- Develops custom functions and documentation, including automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Maintains and administers ad hoc report writing tools for end-users.
- Serves as a liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and stakeholders for HRIS-related issues/enhancements/queries.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Stays up-to-date with trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Technical Support: Provides timely and effective technical assistance to HRIS users.
- Collaboration and Communication: Works closely with HR teams and executive leadership to identify and implement system enhancements.
- System Management: Manages user permissions, access, and system settings for optimal functionality.
