Oversee the operational, regulatory and commercial aspects of our fund services business to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations while driving commercial growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team responsible for the set-up and administration of investment funds and their investors. This role plays a key part in business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for fund administration clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing expert guidance on structuring, fund operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a technical reference to clients, sales teams and other offices on fund structuring and operations.
  • Oversee the launch, ongoing administration and regulatory compliance of a portfolio of funds.
  • Ensure accuracy of NAV calculations, financial reporting, fund transactions, shareholder services and compliance monitoring.
Sales & Business Growth
  • Lead business development efforts to grow the client base and expand services with existing clients.
  • Develop and execute a sales and growth strategy in alignment with office targets.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulations impacting fund structures and administration.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and develop a team of fund professionals, fostering high performance and accountability.

This role requires a deep understanding of both UCITS and alternative investment funds. You will be commercially driven, proactive and results-focused. Fluency in English is required, with other languages an asset. Strong leadership, analytical and client-facing skills are also essential.

A bachelor's degree minimum and 15+ years' experience in the investment fund industry are necessary. Solid technical expertise in fund accounting (IFRS, US GAAP), NAV calculations, capital calls, tax structures and audit processes is also required.
