Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on their needs and satisfaction.
  • Create and manage strategic account plans that align with customer requirements and global strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and internal strategies.
  • Propose and develop solutions that address customer needs.
  • Support conference strategies and assessments.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, technological developments, and market conditions.
  • Clearly articulate the company's value proposition and market advantages to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, opportunities, and formal RFPs efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate data and information flow between customers and the company.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to products, projects, and services.
  • Collaborate with the Aftermarket team to ensure a seamless approach to the shared customer base.
  • Drive sales opportunities to close efficiently and professionally, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Deliver against sales targets and EBITDA targets, adhering to established pricing and margin management principles.
  • Cross-functional and global collaboration.
  • Develop and manage proposals and technology offerings.
  • Understand and address customer needs, including total cost of ownership.
  • Manage priorities, work under pressure, and maintain effective relationships.
  • Develop strong customer focus, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Cultivate leadership and talent development skills.
  • Drive sales, manage a robust opportunity pipeline, and build customer relationships.
  • Solve problems, negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Adeptly adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • 5+ years of commercial, sales, or operations experience; 8+ years preferred.
  • Proven success in sales and new business development.
  • Experience within the food/agriculture sector or oilseed sector is a plus.
  • Experience with emerging markets and market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer focus, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
