- Oversee export and import operations for Finished Goods, Raw Materials and Spare Parts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to internal and external customers.
- Manage logistics providers such as Port Terminals, Bonded Warehouses, National and International Carriers, driving optimal efficiency and service level.
- Monitor and control cargo movement according to Incoterm, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Validate invoices, verify orders, and issue overseas freight documentation in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance service level through analysis of market trends and logistical data.
- Degree in International Affairs, Foreign Trade or equivalent (Logistics, Administration).
- Fluent English language skills, with ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Foreign Trade, with expertise in logistics management and optimization.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, excellent communication skills, and reliable team member.
