Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to customers in implementing and using our IoT solutions, resolving technical issues and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Journey Monitoring: Monitor customer interactions after sales, ensuring proper use of products and suggesting improvements based on their behavior.
  • Indicator Management: Analyze metrics such as service time and call volume, generating insights and supporting areas like Commercial, Technical, and Engineering.
  • Interdisciplinary Action: Serve as a link between customers and internal areas, participating in strategic meetings.
  • Training and Updates: Offer training on system and device use, keeping customers informed about new features.
  • Retention and Loyalty: Identify cancellation risks, propose retention actions, and promote continuous customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the area.
  • Completed Technical or Higher Education Course.
  • Knowledge of the tracking and telemetry sector.
  • Understanding of the target market.
