Customer Service Sales Agent
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling American airline service to prospective customers by answering incoming calls and assisting customers in reaching satisfactory solutions to their travel needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process domestic/international sales calls, including AAdvantage products
- Display a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and composure when dealing with customers, including the ability to interpret and resolve customer needs
- Respond to caller inquiries in non-airline related ventures as call volumes dictate
- Work under pressure and within certain time constraints based on average talk and work times of fellow employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Ability to work a variety of shifts assigned by seniority, according to operational needs
- Fluency in Portuguese and English language
- Satisfactory attendance required
- Public communication skills required
- Operation of computer terminal and standard pc keyboard required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Minimum 25-49 wpm typing requirement
What You'll Do:
- Cross-trained to process domestic/international sales calls, including AAdvantage products
