Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our International Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging high-calibre talent for our commercial domains.

Responsibilities
  1. Ownership of your pipeline and relationships; Identify, attract, and engage high-calibre talent.
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from pipelines to offer management.
  3. Pitch, negotiate, and close candidates effectively.
  4. Work closely with country managers to ensure up-to-date pipeline requirements.
  5. Maintain pipelines efficiently on the ATS and craft and post engaging job descriptions.
  6. Collaborate with HR/People Operations for seamless offer handover.
  7. Deliver exceptional candidate experience.
  8. Work closely with the wider International Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of commercial hiring experience in agency or in-house roles.
  2. Knowledge of commercial hiring (Operations, Finance, Marketing); Proficient in pitching and closing commercial roles.
  3. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment life cycles.
  4. Exposure to senior stakeholders is hugely beneficial.
  5. Ability to manage competitive timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Recent experience sourcing via LinkedIn.
  7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
  9. Experience of different employment laws and regulations across different markets.
