Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our automotive repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing routine maintenance services on automobiles and trucks.
Key Responsibilities- Complete scheduled maintenance services on automobiles and trucks as directed by a Manager or Service Advisor.
- Perform basic automotive repairs, adjustments, and maintenance procedures, including oil changes, tire replacement and repairs, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Drive vehicles into service bays, prepare them for and complete digital vehicle inspections, test drive vehicles, and prepare them for delivery to customers after necessary repairs and maintenance are complete.
- Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member/customer experience.
- Learn from technician colleagues to further advance your career.
- High School diploma, GED, or technical school certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledgeable about automotive and/or truck systems, tools, and technical resources.
- Able to independently perform a variety of basic repairs and maintenance of automobile and truck vehicles.
- Understand and consistently demonstrate the proper use of equipment and tools used in such repair and maintenance and the need to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Able to consistently provide exceptional customer service and improve customer service scores.
