Healthcare Operations Manager

The Access Center Supervisor role is responsible for managing on-site staff and serving as a liaison to external teams. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with full registration protocols and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Conduct daily team meetings to align staff goals
- Evaluate scheduling and clinical concerns during operations huddles
- Monitor access center staff adherence to Ambulatory Access Guidelines and NAHAM standards
- Review referrals from Federally Qualified Health Center partners
- Communicate outstanding referrals to division leaders and Access Center Director
- Collaborate with schedulers to optimize pre-registration processes and reduce denials
- Track key performance indicators for the Access Team
Education: High school diploma required, associate's degree or CHAA/CPC certification preferred
Experience: 3-5 years in an Academic Medical Center, 1-2 years supervisory experience
Certification: NAHAM CHAA or CHAM eligible
