Chief Financial Analyst

This is a key leadership position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As an Accounting Manager Avp, you will be responsible for performing month-end close process and preparing reports for the local regulator.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures.
- Prepare financial statements for the bank and holding entities, as well as entity-wide balance sheet reconciliation.
- Work on data and spreadsheet manipulation, calculation of amounts, and general ledger journal raising.
- Qualified accountant with proficiency in IFRS and Bacen GAAP.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with ability to analyze data and work independently.
- Experience working in an accounting role for a financial institution.
- Fluent English and Portuguese language skills.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to work effectively with senior management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly are essential.
