Role Purpose StatementShape the Future of Communication
We are seeking a skilled Communications Analyst to join our team in Latin America. If you are passionate about creating engaging content, developing effective communication plans, and working in a dynamic, multicultural environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Main Responsibilities- Communication Strategy Development
- Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of a regional Communications Plan that supports the company's goals, aligned with regional and global functional leadership.
- Content Creation and Editing
- Edit and/or develop content and layout/visuals for established communications channels within the corporate framework/identity.
- Information Flow and Internal Communication
- Support a regular, timely, and relevant information flow regarding key organizational messages, business updates, initiatives, and projects throughout the organization.
- Network Development and Liaison
- Develop a network of internal communication champions within Spanish-speaking countries and key functions in Latin America to stimulate content and provide feedback for the department.
- Business Partnership and Brand Management
- Liaise with and act as a business partner for a wide range of functions to support their communication needs.
- Safeguard the use of all LSG Group brands within and beyond the limits of your area.
Organize your area of work appropriately; ensure that local Latin America policies and guidelines are adhered to (time keeping, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Spanish - Fluent (preferably native), English and Portuguese - Intermediate.
- 3/4 years of communications experience, with a focus on internal employee communication.
- Excellent writing skills, ability to produce, interpret, translate texts within a business context.
- Experienced users of image/video editing software (Illustrator, Premier, Canva).
- Strong service orientation, self-directed, detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on individual, natural relationship builder.
