IT Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee the development and execution of IT projects. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions that meet deadlines and budget constraints.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all IT systems and networks are functioning correctly, including performing tests and troubleshooting. They will also implement and maintain security policies to protect data and systems, including data recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Evaluate and improve IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and maintain security policies to protect data and systems.
- Manage the allocation of resources to ensure cost efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training for employees, addressing any IT-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA in Technology Management is a plus.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of network security, cloud computing, and technical support.
- Data analysis and project management skills.
