Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cutting-edge web solutions and analytics for a global clientele, with a focus on Spanish and Portuguese speaking markets.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to design and implement bespoke web-based solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to ensure seamless implementation and efficient troubleshooting of existing implementations.
  • Nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends and best practices in web development and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese language, with intermediate English level preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Front End Languages (HTML, Javascript) and developer mindset.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills for web development issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including time management and organization.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience working with various CMS and ecommerce platforms a plus.
