The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping solutions for Earners and Merchants, empowering them with greater financial flexibility.
- This high-impact role defines the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical financial offerings, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead innovation by uncovering unmet needs in financial services and turning them into innovative product ideas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to turn those innovative ideas into products that deliver significant value to Earners and Merchants.
- Understand user needs through deep dive research and data analytics to create products that exceed expectations.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Product Manager with a strong focus on consumer-facing products, especially in the financial services space.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience launching products from 0 to 1 at scale, demonstrating creativity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to inform product strategies.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
