Channel Development Role

Grafana Labs is a fast-growing, remote-first company that's changing the way people monitor and visualize their data.

This role involves developing and executing our partner go-to-market strategy in the region, working closely with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth through our partner channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities with regional partners to drive revenue targets
  • Lead activation efforts for partners in the region
  • Develop strategies and brand awareness initiatives for partners
  • Establish strong relationships to create business plans
  • Work with leadership to manage pipeline and revenue commitments
  • Collaborate across Grafana Labs to provide input on operational coordination and evangelism of the partner strategy and program
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in channel development
  • Experience selling SaaS or open source technology is a plus
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups
  • Experience in consultative sales approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proven experience developing high-performing channels strategies
  • Located in Brazil
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Open Source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space
  • Experience working in a remote setting
