Join Our Team as a Data Center Administrator

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Center Administrator to join our team at GRAMMER AG. As a global partner to the automotive industry, we're successful worldwide with our two divisions Automotive and Commercial Vehicles. Our team is responsible for designing and deploying cloud infrastructure, configuring and administering on-prem and cloud environments, and ensuring high availability operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
  • Configure and administer on-prem and cloud environments, including server, storage, network, and virtualization
  • Administer Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Manage MS-SQL databases
  • Develop and ensure high availability operations
  • Release, upgrade, and patch management for OS and DB
  • Active Directory and domain administration
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of complex IT infrastructure
  • Creation of technical documentation
  • Knowledge management and training
Requirements:
  • Computer sciences degree or comparable education
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Virtualization
  • Networks and security
  • Solid knowledge of ITSM and IT support processes
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Good communication skills and strong service orientation
  • Good English skills (writing and speaking)
