Job Title: Enterprise Agile Coach

About the Role

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to our business stakeholders, facilitating the adoption of agile methodologies and ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

  • Lead workshops to educate teams on agile principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor teams in adopting agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage experimentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an agile coach or scrum master.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery using agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
