This is a critical role within the Global Security team, responsible for ensuring the highest level of integrity and ethical standards across staff and accounts in scope.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Integrity and Ethical Standards: Ensure that all staff and accounts adhere to the highest level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Governance: Provide governance to operations management teams and Quality Assurance teams for effective surveillance and monitoring of security and business process non-compliance issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, HR, Facility, Legal, DPO, and other departments to address security issues and risks.
- Internal Audit: Perform regular internal audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and identify potential issues or risks.
- Process Improvement: Establish and execute a robust methodology for periodic reviews to highlight gaps in operational processes and propose improvements.
- Experience: 3-5 years in risk and compliance management, internal security controls, internal/external security assessment or audit, or internal/cyber incident investigations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Security or Information Technology preferred.
- Industry Experience: Strong experience in BPO industry, working in quality, security compliance, or delivery strongly preferred.
- Skills: Deep understanding of BPO Business Operation and CRM services delivery processes, ability to identify performance and opportunity gaps, process-driven, and an eye for detail.
