We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our BCG X Global Recruiting Team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition activities, including vacancy management, recruiting operations, and campus recruiting activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage full lifecycle of vacancies, with a primary focus on various capabilities within the analytics function.
- Take ownership of campus recruiting activities, coordinate and execute events, and attend events to identify top talent.
- Manage recruitment campaigns for volume hiring needs and brand building events in close cooperation with BCG X and Consulting Team recruiting.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner, understanding business needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Provide and monitor important recruitment KPIs, identify talent pools, and source high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process, scheduling interviews, and providing a competency-based assessment and candidate recommendation to the hiring panel.
- Manage and coordinate the internship program, from recruiting to performance reviews, and build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines, and provide excellent candidate experience through efficient process management.
- Bachelor's or master's degree with high academic achievement.
- Relevant internships or full-time work experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in analytics consulting, professional services, or in-house recruitment with an international organization.
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude, love working as part of a team, and strong interest in campus recruiting and event management.
- Coordination, organizational, and improvisation talent, able to perform in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with key recruitment stakeholders and other teams, such as HR, Staffing, and Consulting teams.
- Knowledge of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for successful hires, clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Portuguese and advanced communication skills in English.
