Senior Mobile Software Engineering Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Mobile Software Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications.

This role involves working on complex technical challenges across various clients' organizations, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions while effectively communicating technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Guide platform-level design patterns and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions to intricate technical challenges and clearly articulate decisions.
  • Observability and Testing: Advocate for modern observability principles and best practices for monitoring performance in deployed systems and applications.
  • Project Breakdown: Divide large projects into manageable, shippable pieces of software following continuous delivery and integration principles.
  • Mentorship: Provide coaching and guidance to teams as they consider and implement test strategies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as an iOS Engineer with a strong track record of leading complex projects.
  • In-depth understanding of the iOS platform and ability to quickly adapt to new languages, frameworks, platforms, and patterns.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply modern observability principles and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with continuous integration infrastructure and orchestration for minimal pipeline run times.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information effectively.
  • Proven ability to delegate tasks and mentor less experienced engineers.
  • Track record of proactively identifying and managing technical debt.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to a team environment and redirect negative energy constructively.
  • Experience creating tooling and guidance that benefits project delivery.
  • Active contribution to industry thought leadership through blogs, events, meetups, or open-source contributions.
  • Ability to utilize effective data visualizations and persuasive arguments to drive agreement.
