We are in search of a seasoned Backend Software Engineer, tailored for highly proficient individuals with substantial experience in backend web development. This position involves spearheading the creation of intricate and scalable web applications, mentoring junior developers, and making substantial contributions to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Advanced Development:
Lead and execute sophisticated web applications, showcasing deep expertise in relevant frameworks, performance enhancement, and system architecture.

Technical Leadership:
Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, nurturing a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.

Architectural Design:
Play a pivotal role in architectural and design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of code quality, conduct comprehensive code reviews, and enforce best practices in software development.

Problem Solving and Innovation:
Address challenging technical issues, innovate solutions, and optimize application performance for large-scale systems.

Required Skills & Experience
Expert-level proficiency in relevant technologies, including a solid understanding of core principles, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning.
Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development.
In-depth knowledge of database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
Mastery of version control systems, particularly Git.

Nice to Have Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a significant focus on relevant technologies.
