The Software Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of software solutions for various industries. This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to inspire and guide the team towards successful project delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage project progress, track milestones, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Release Planning: Coordinate and manage the release schedule to deliver timely and efficient software updates and new features.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to coding standards.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for reference and future development.
- Software Design: Create scalable, maintainable, and efficient software based on project requirements.
- Leadership, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability are essential soft skills for this role.
- Technical knowledge includes programming languages (C, C++), microcontrollers/microprocessors (ARM), RTOS, Ethernet and CAN bus, and debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
