Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Developer to contribute to the development of our innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality, reliable, and efficient software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business objectives.
- Contribute to the growth and improvement of the engineering organization through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- 6+ years of experience in product software development, particularly in public consumer web applications.
- Front-end: React/Redux/ImmutableJS expertise.
- Back-end: Ruby-on-Rails / Ruby proficiency.
- Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing.
- Prior experience or interest in pair programming.
- Familiarity with queue/background processing and 3rd party integrations (e.g., Stripe).
- Familiarity with Event Sourcing and other immutability/functionality patterns.
- TDD experience is a plus.
- A commitment to simplicity and pragmatism.
- Shared ownership of the system and collaboration to integrate frequently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to solve technical and business challenges.
- Proactive resourcefulness and ability to find innovative solutions autonomously.
- Interest in men's health and wellness, with a personal dedication to optimizing health.
