Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-centric individual to join our team as a Translation Quality Control Specialist. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality standards of our translated projects.

This is an administrative position focused on document review and proofreading. You will work closely with the project management team to clarify project parameters and communicate effectively with vendors worldwide to resolve any errors or discrepancies.

As a successful candidate, you will possess highly-focused skills, a proven ability to manage time effectively, and excellent communication skills. You will also be able to work well in both independent and collaborative settings, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in relevant computer skills (MS Office).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete quality reviews of translations to ensure they meet client standards
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Team to clarify project parameters
  • Communicate effectively with vendors worldwide to reconcile found errors
  • Implement process improvements using available technology solutions
