Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Enterprise segment in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing strategic digital marketing programs to drive business growth and enhance online reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create regional content in alignment with the Global team.
  • Implement and measure digital activities across channels and products to support teams in executing innovative field support to achieve LATAM goals.
  • Manage the tools needed to develop digital activities such as email marketing, CRM, webinar, social media, SFDC, Marketo, and Splashthat.
  • Partner with the Global digital team to ensure best practices and align Enterprise field needs to team goals.
  • Analyze the results of initiatives and drive improvements through scalable, efficient new processes to optimize resources.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital marketing team and cross-functional teams to design and implement a digital strategy that impacts business growth and enhances online reputation.
  • Activate content in multiple campaign channels, ensuring proper tracking and reporting for effectiveness.
  • Establish best practice processes for all digital channels for field marketing in the region.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate for the market.
  • Review and proofread content for Enterprise segment marketing campaigns and initiatives in LATAM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
