Expertise in managing large-scale pharmacy benefit projects is essential for success in this role. As a senior pharmacy consultant, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day project activities, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to provide exceptional service and ensure seamless communication.
- Develop project plans that incorporate budgeting, timeline management, and deliverable requirements to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth through prospecting opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting collaboration and team cohesion.
To excel in this role, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and managing large group pharmacy benefit plans.
- Proven track record of creating project plans and leading teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
