About the Role

Share People Hub, in partnership with ABI Growth Group | AB InBev, is seeking a FinOps Cloud Architect to join their team.

About the Team

The Growth Group unifies business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams, allowing for data-driven digital transformation and organic growth. This role will be part of the FinOps team, driving engineering initiatives throughout the Growth Org.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive accountability to engineering teams responsible for applications/services.
  • Provide guidance to engineering teams to ensure cost-effective applications/services by identifying anomalies and best practices.
  • Work with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, Puppet.
  • Collaborate with Platform Engineering on improvement of DevOps metrics.
  • Cost allocation.

Requirements

  • Experience with Git.
  • Experience with FinOps.Org framework.
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipelines (any one).
  • Knowledge on REST / Open APIs.
  • Experience with deployment and operations of Cloud-based infrastructures (preferably with Azure Cloud and AWS).
  • Knowledge on Kubernetes, Istio, Container, and microservices-related tech stack.
  • Knowledge on database (both relational SQL and Non SQL-based databases).
  • Experience with monitoring of cloud and mobile applications (preferably using New Relic).
  • Knowledge on security concepts for cloud-based infrastructure and apps, mobile applications, Kubernetes-based backends.
  • Critical thinking and analysis.
