About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement technologies that improve developer productivity.
  • Collaborate with various teams to define and implement solutions that support product standards and operational excellence.
  • Design and implement processes across the organization to ensure consistency and compliance in engineering practices.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engineering productivity and process efficiency.
  • Lead the exploration and integration of AI and automation technologies to reduce manual effort and improve execution tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field of study.
  • Professional experience in a global enterprise software company.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives and facilitating the adoption of new processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering internal features and projects.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing team efficiency.
