Job OverviewThis role involves developing strategies and guidelines for marketing efforts across various product categories, including beverages, citrus, delivery systems, and texturizers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a regional portfolio to ensure it is aligned with business objectives and meets customer needs.
- Identify product gaps and opportunities, measure their feasibility, and establish business justifications for new projects.
- Evaluate competitor products, communicate changes, and recommend responses as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to achieve sales and gross margin targets by setting optimal price levels.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, or engineering.
- Fluent English language skills; Spanish proficiency is an asset.
- At least 5 years of experience in R&D within the beverage ingredients industry, focusing on carbonated drinks, juices, and juice beverages.
